Has anyone read this book?? I know its very popular here where I live, all the girls are reading it! Its an AMAZING book!! Omg, im completly obsessed... I truly TRULY recommend this book to anyone and everyone. I read the book in 2 days. Now im on the second book, New Moon, and people are telling me that the second one is VERY intense. Their are 4 books to this collection. From first to last: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. The author is Stephanie Meyer. Theirs also going to be a movie on this book coming out I think around December. Definitely go to your bookstore and go pick it up. Its not expensive either, around 12$, thats including taxes.

Is it errotic I hope not too risque since it is for young adults. Where is the book set, um what country are the characters living in? I have heard about the book. I might want to get it and on Amazon it is on 6$ smile

I have read all of them. The first was pretty good and is impossible to put down. The second is intense and fairly good. The third is alright.
The last one is horrible! She goes against everything she says cannot happen. I was hugely dissapointed. It was a struggle to read. The characters changed and it was all around poor writing.

I will not give away any of it. But I really hated the last one.
Its not risque. She keeps it on the down low and lets you imagine what happened.

While this is not my favorite series its okay. I have no desire to read it again after the last one. Keep in mind I am 27 and love Youth fiction. The gals at the library where I worked this summer all share the same opinion of the last one. We were all annoyed with Stephenie Meyers after reading it!

i read them all too, and i loved themmm... the second one was my least favorite mainly because the authors writing style made me feel depressed most of the time.

Veryyyy mixed results about the 4th book among the people who have read it...i absolutely loved it and i can not wait for the movie to come out )the date just got moved to november 21st because the new harry potter release date got pushed to july of 09)

Thank you for the honest reviews. Sounds like I may want to check them out at the library.

I'm reading the first one now. I just got it off Amazon. We have Amazon Prime now so I didn't even have to pay shipping smile It's so good so far! The only reason I put it down was because I spilled water on it blush so it's ummm drying now haha I'm a klutz frown
Anyways, I got it after I heard so many good things about it, and I'm glad I did because now I don't feel so bad about the Harry Potter movie being pushed since this one is coming out. The movie is just of the first book right? Sorry I would look it up but I don't like spoiling my own vision of what the characters are like by seeing the movie pictures lol that bugs me for some reason.

I read them all twice within a week and a half. I absolutely adored them. The second was my least favorite and the last was my most favorite. I absolutely fell in love with the 2 main characters. I will occasionally still pick them up and read my favorite parts again. But, they are totally 100% my style of book as far as the whole vampire thing goes.

As far as being too mature, I thought they were very tastfully done and appropriate for a young adult audience.

I personally think the best one out of the series was the first one. The worst one was the second one and the last one wasn't too bad.
The release date of the movie got moved to november??

Yep, it got moved. She has a website: http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/ I think. She also is working on a book that was a follow up to Twilight that is written from Edwards point of view. It's called Midnight Sun. I'm excited for it to come out. She also said that there may be more books to come, but she is not ready to write any more sequils right now. We will see!
