Hi guys I've been looking on Petfinder for a keet for Captain and me. Although he seems happy by himself, this little baby would fit right in. They labled her as an adult but we know better  Oh and I sent an email to the shelter Hopefuly I will hear from them soon.

She's beautiful! Let us know how it goes! I love how the yellow is on her wings and head, but the belly is so beautifully green. =)

Yes I lay awake thinking of female keet names when I cant nod off quickly. I like Arial or Arura
Haha or Margarita...;) to go with a more tropical island theme LOL
I was also thinking Leilani
I spent so much time in Hawaii. They have such expressive words for things. I named my other keets Hawaiian names. Only problem is hubby would have difficulty pronouncing Nohelaniho'apili Heavenly Mist My Close Companion(mr pili) or po'opa'akiki Persistant or Stubborn Happiness (kiki bird) LOL

She's so pretty! I love her coloring. It would be great to rescue a keet from a shelter. And as you said, she's just a baby! Very cute. Good luck and keep us updated!

Beautiful bird!! She looks young to me based an the picture. It looks as though there are bars pretty far down on her head. I hope you hear something soon!! She looks like a great add to your flock :-)
