I can't really see it very well with the little pictures. But the two first things that come to mind are:
1. She bled a little. (But if the spot is as purple in real life as it looks on my screen, then that's the wrong color for blood.) or 2. She stained her feathers with something. Is there anything that's sort of that color that she could have gotten into? Grape juice, maybe? Or a toy or something that has dye that isn't quite colorfast?
I don't say those are the only possibilities, but they're what I could think of.

No they are bald spots, and the skin is a pinkish color. I am wondering why she has bald spots. She does have pin feathers coming in but are that suppost to have bald spots? I did the paper and scratch test and didnt see anything.

Is it possible that she got into a fight with one of your other keets? It looks as if her feathers were pulled out.
Have a BLESSED day!

They are always picking on her and i cant figure why. So if that is the case should i seperate her, i have done that before but they act like they miss each other so i end up putting her back.

I honestly dont know, i know Bootzy is still young she doesnt have the ring in the eye yet. Sammy doesnt have a ring either, but i have heard some people say depending on the kind they are they may not get the ring, and Kami the one being picked on has a ring but not really dark one. And as far as the sexes i have no idea.

From what I understand, if they are older than 6-9 months, then they can be ready to breed. I am not good at telling the sexes, but if you have 2 females and 1 male, then they could be fighting over the male. Or if you have 1 female and 2 males that are trying to mate, they could be fighting because she doesn't want to.
Maybe if you post some really close pictures of their ceres and tell how old they are (or how long you have had them) then someone else that is good with judging the sexes may be able to help you.
I wish I could be of more help. It sounds like fighting, but I don't know why.
Have a BLESSED day!
