hi everyone. been under the radar for a while. got screwed by the bank last year and have been doing 60-70h p/w since christmas to play catchup, so not much time for socialising. just starting to dig my way out for which i owe some thanks to my mp, and the missus gets her redundancy notice today. god how i love capitalism.

got an e-mail from vince, which was somewhat distressing. anyone heard from him? my thoughts are with him. (and i thought i had problems!)

heard from spooky a couple of times but i've had a job staying in touch with myself let alone anyone else. if you're reading this, hi bloggsy!

anyway, hope to be back now for the odd skirmish. watch this space.

Hello, odd skirmisher (ha, ha)! Re: Vince -- he posted a while back about his tumor and related medical issues, if that's what you're referring to. I haven't seen anything lately but maybe I've missed his posts...

Gators (the U. of FL kind) didn't do quite as good this year. But my step-son asks, "What do you expect? A national championship every year?" Well, yeah. The alligator kind are holding their own.
