Let the baby sleep with you; if you don't want to, then it'd better start showing your kitten where he should sleep and gently lead him to make a habit of sleep independently. Cats' needs are simple: they want their own exclusive place. So I'd suggest you to buy a cat bed. As for food, don't make kibbles, and get some cat food which is particularly made for little cats.
