I got my two keet last Saturday and their hand training is coming along well, but sometimes they will just fly out of there cage and sqawk, and swoop around the room. Why?

They're birds. Flying is what they do!

When you want them to stay in the cage, you have to shut the cage doors.

If it is a problem go have their wings clipped. In my opinion they need their wings clipped so they don't run into things and get hurt. I had one of my keets fly behind my stove and I had to move it to get the keet out. Scariest thing ever. I took him to get his wings clipped the next day.

That is what birds do. They can make a lot of noise... it is usually a sign that they are happy.
