I hope she is doing better! Maybe just a temporary little keet cold or something. frown Glad she is surrounded by love and not stuck alone in a cold, empty cage at the vet.

I'm so sorry! frown We will keep Littlefoot in our prayers. Just keep posotive she just might have a minor cold that has symptoms that aren't so common. It's to see such a caring owner, love their keet even in times that just dont look so great. I wish you and Littlefoot the best of luck! We all love you Littlefoot!

Thank you soooooo much for the video. I read about what a sick bird looks like-Im new to this so I thought it could be my bird. Now I know for sure that my bird is not sick, and I know what to look for. I hope Littlefoot is ok-and just know that u helped another keet mommy take better care of her keet!

Thanks for following and the prayers and thoughts. Littlefoot seems to have returned to her normal self!! The few days after I posted this were rough, but since then she has been completely normal! I'm glad we did go to the vet's, mostly because it increased my confidence in how well I'm caring for my keets and how aware I am of their health. Everyone is doing fine, Damien and Yoshi have had another spat, so are now and forever going to be separated. Angel laid her first egg today, more on that topic under the breeding posts.
Thanks again!
Love, Kelly

Wow... I just had a sick bird and he was saved by the vet. I am so glad to hear your budgie pulled through!! Vets really can be a lifesaver... even for a bird as small as a budgie!!
