I have 2 female keets, Tiki and Jet. I've had them for about 3 months or so now and every time I put my hand in the cage to change their water or food they go to their perches and run back and forth. They used to go crazy when I put my hand in there but now they just do this. Tiki is really quiet but Jet screams all the time and they peck at each other pretty often. Is this normal behavior? Do they just need more time. I want to let them out to fly but they don't trust my hand yet.

Yeah, it's normal. Maybe let them out in a clean, danger-free bathroom or enclosed space.
Since you have two females, thyey will fight. If the fighting get out of hand, get another cage and seperate them because it could go to the extent of severe injury or death.
