I just had to share this. I got home from work today and brought Yoko in to the living room to play for a while. Then she notices a fly in the window and starts staring at it and following it around. I quickly grabbed the camera to film a bit of this encounter and I got a few seconds of her following and looking at the fly. Then all of a sudden she became more interested in me and the camera.

Anyway sorry for the bad lighting - because of the window. But I had to post this - it was soo funny. smile

I'm not sure about that. She seemed a bit afraid of it, but yet incredibly curious. She just touched it gently with her beak again and again as if just to make it move so she could chase after. smile

wayyyyyy cute, but that was a mosquito and you gotta be very careful because they carry the west nile virus, although im not sure where your from and if that is going around where you live or not, but they do carry other virus's im not sure if it would have bitten your bird or not but better safe than sorry.

I live in Iceland and there are no mosquitos here (too cold for them). So no worries. That fly is a very common fly here and I can assure you that it's harmless. smile
