I picked this book up yesterday at the library and it is a beautiful story of a red lored amazon and an ornthologist' life together. He is 35 at the start of the book because his elderly owners passed away. I have only read one chapter but it is already a beautiful story that any parrot owner would love,.

I have already laughed really hard and almost cried in the first chapter.

I'm on chapter four now. It is written by an ornthologist and she actually has alot of information about parrots and what makes them unique from other birds woven throughout the story.

It sounds an intresting book.

And as an aside here, to the PDM impersonator, your sense of humour isn't at all credible.

I reckon that everyone here must know that I don't own budgies named Flip & Flap.

Ah well. It takes all sorts.

Now back to the book
The book sounds interesting, going to check Barnes and Noble or Amazon and check into it.
