No pictures because it's not a malformation or anything, but I've noticed that since I started treating Snow with the mineral oil, she is almost territorial over the food box! She's eating a lot more than I've seen her before...but then again, teh other budgies are eating a lot more too. It just seems that Snow is eating a lot, but her weight doesn't appear to have changed.

Would scaly mites have affected her appetite and/or ability/desire to eat? There's nothing else terribly peculiar about her, aside from that I can tell me handling her so much to do the treatments stresses her out.

its breeding season so that could be the reason that all of them are eating more

and since she is a she, she needs more nutriens so she is eating more

i would say breeding season, make sure there are two food bowls in her cage so they can each have one
