Well, my mom has wanted a small dog for so long and this year, i'm planning to get her one. Iv'e indirectly asked questions on what breeds she prefers and she absolutely loves yorkies and daschunds. I'm looking for some breeders but yall' can help me out too by telling me where I can find a good breeder in the central texas area. Thanks!

I'm not sure but if you're willing to adopt try looking at www.petfinder.com

If looking for a breeder, I recommend one that is active in a club and cares about where their pups go. I'd also recommend looking at petfinder if you decide you'd rather go with adoption. Also, you might want to look up Almost Home Dachshund Rescue. It is nationwide and has dogs in all different areas. Good luck!
