I am very concerned about my little Tweety Bird's feet. They are really pink looking and feel warm when she stand on my finger. She is constantly biting at her toes. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong, if anything. Thanks
Bonnie

they;re pinker then normal you mean?
if so she may be running a fever, check her to see if she looks like she has scaly mites...
if nothings visable, id take her to the vet.

Here's a site I found on foot temperature:

(I think the second picture is really cute!)

The next day after her feet were warm, she was fine. Her feet cooled off and she is her old self. I have been seeing white fluffy feathers in the bottom of her cage and on the floor. She may be starting to molt. We'll see!
Thanks for everyone's response.

hmmm...my keet's feet are usually pretty warm, but she's not acting strange or anything, shes just as energetic and hyper and she doesn't sleep more then usual....like only at night...
