Okay. So I have two cats, two dogs, and a parakeet. That's kind of a hard mix of pets. But also a funny one.

One night, the family was sitting at dinner. Ophelia eats dinner with us...we set her cage on a chair right next to the table. And she chatters on with the conversation. Now..our cats get on the table.

The meanest cat, Rumpus, jumped on the table and started watching Ophelia. She's always in her cage when the cats are around...so..Rumpus started poking his paw at the cage (he's declawed.)

While he was trying to fit one toe through the bars, Ophelia ran over, snapped at him to bite, but he moved away too fast. And he ran off the table, tail between his legs.

It was so cute.

wish my two were that brave. I'm cat sitting for a friend and he stares at the cage like they are snacks that just need to be unwrapped for him. he needs a good nip on the nose.
