Trogdor, one of the things that I do for my keets is: chop up carrots, carrot tops, the tops off brocolli, a little boiled egg, kayle, beet tops and what ever I have for a treat for them. I chop it all up to about seed size, I do it with a little electric chopper I have, but you can do it with a knife.

I put this in their treat tray, sprinkle just a bit of dired chick weed and millet over the top. The love it.

Dont put a lot in their treat try because you need to discard the uneaten part after a few hours. If they dont eat it at first, just discard the part in their food dish and add fresh out of the fridge.
