Omg, I am so so sorry your loss. I'm in shock right now. Never in a million years would I ever think quartz would be found in bird food, that is just unbelievable. I hope they do get back to you, that is just beyond awful. Knowing that this could happen now, from now on I'll inspect my birds food really well before I give it to them.
