it is extremely offensive to me for you to insinuate that the only thing a rottweiler is good for is a guard dog. I had a rottweiler growing up and he was the nicest dog ever. ... again, that was inapropriate and I don't appreciate it.

All he said was: 'u see u want a rotw. so im guessing u want a guard dog lol, theres nothing a "BIG" dog has that a boston terrier doesnt.'
A lot of people
do have rottweilers as guard dogs, and I'm guessing they may not be any more intelligent or friendly than Boston terriers. It depends on what you want ~ personal choice ~ but I don't see why that comment should be considered offensive or inappropriate.
