Ooo, today, I was able to get Scouser out of his cage, by simply saying "Scouser, step-up" and he stepped right onto my finger, and let me carry him over to his perch. I sat him down, and went over and got Dover. She flew out of the cage to the floor where she walked onto my hand, and let me put her onto the perch. There they sat while I watched General Hospital.
They were very good, and even let me take several photos of them while they sat there!
When the time was done, I told them that I was putting them back, and Scouser stepped up, and let me carry him back to his cage. Dover, she flew away, but then walked onto my hand. She let me put her onto her swing, instead of her flapping like crazy into the cage.
