Frangelico is a traditional hazelnut flavored liqueur which comes in one of the most imaginative bottles I've ever seen. You certainly can recognize that monk-with-rope-belt bottle just about anywhere!



1 shot Frangelico liqueur
Prosecco or Champagne

Put the shot of Frangelico liqueur into a Champagne flute, and then fill to the top with your sparkling wine. You can go with less Frangelico for just a gentle hint of hazelnut flavor, or a heavier dose of Frangelico if you want a more nutty type of drink.

By using Prosecco you get a sweet cocktail, but you can switch to Champagne to get a more dry flavor!
