Basics of Berry Sangria Recipes
You might think that wine and berries are two different things. Really, grapes are berries - so all grape wines are berry wines! Some of my favorite dessert wines are made from blackberries and blueberries. These berries create delicious, rich wines which are tasty and full of antioxidants. The wines are just perfect with a dense chocolate cake.
Adding berries into your sangria can work well in a number of ways. Strawberries with Champagne is a classic combination which has graced many an elegant brunch. Simply add in some brandy (including flavored brandies!) to kick this up a notch. For those who like darker wines, you can combine red wine with blackberries and blueberries for delicious results.
Don't forget the raspberries! With raspberries and Chambourd you get the best of all possible worlds.

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
