Authentic Ceramic Sangria Pitchers
Are you a fan of Sangria? Unless you are making giant bowls of sangria for a party, your best bet is to make it up a pitcher at a time. That way you keep it in the fridge - so the fruit stays relatively fresh - and can pour it out by the glass whenever you'd like some.
Traditional sangria pitchers have a pinched pour spout. This is there to catch the fruit bits, so that they don't "plunk out" into your glass and make a big splash. You want to keep the fruit inside the pitcher, flavoring the liquid there, and only pour out the pre-flavored liquids in your glass to enjoy.
Most sangria pitchers are made from a ceramic. That way the ceramic acts as a natural insulator and helps to keep the sangria cool on a hot summer's day. In modern times, when people sometimes drink sangria in the winter as well, the pretty see-through glass variety of pitcher can also be quite lovely.
Here are some great pitchers to serve your sangria in. I own the one on the left myself and really love it. All of them are hand made in Spain and have a regional flair to them. If you get multiple pitchers you can keep one in the fridge so your sangria is fresh and ready, while the other one is being cleaned out!
Let me know if you have found any other sangria pitchers out there that are gorgeous!

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
