Mango Cointreau Sangria Recipe
I love Cointreau. Cointreau is an orange liqueur from France. If you don't have any Cointreau around, you can substitute in Grand Marnier or Triple-Sec. Both of these are also orange flavored!
Ingredients
1 small mango
1 orange
1 lemon
1 small lime
1 750ml bottle of Rioja or other red wine
1 1-liter pitcher lemonade
1 shot Bacardi
1 shot orange Cointreau
sugar to taste
Prepare a large pitcher or bowl. Slice up the mango, orange, lemon and lime into small pieces and put them into the chosen container. Mix in the wine and lemonade. Drop in a shot of Bacardi and a shot of Cointreau.
Taste this. If you want, toss in some sugar. When it tastes right, let it sit in the fridge overnight to soak in all the fruit flavors.
Serve the next day with ice cubes. If you have fruit slices you can freeze, they can serve as natural ice cubes.

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
