You don't need to get this exact brand, but you need to find some sort of cleansing material with which to scrub out your equipment. You can use bleach, iodophor, or B-brite as well. Any small amount of dirt can start a mold growing, and that would destroy your wine.

Still, don't panic. Don't forget that people were making wine in 2000 BC, with very little thought of scrubbing their vats with bleach!
