ice wine Correct! Ice Wine began as "eiswein", created in Germany in the 1800s. It is now made in Ontario Canada and Germany. It is a rich gold color, and has a sweet, fruity flavor. Because of the huge amount of work involved in making an ice wine, they can also be expensive.

Baco Noir Nope! Baco Noir is created in Canada and on the east coast, but it is a rich, thick red wine. It goes great with vension, steak, and other hearty meats. It can also turn your tongue purple!
