Indian Food and Wine - Wine Food Pairings

I love Indian food. It is so tasty! Especially that sweet tamarind sauce :) Most Indian food is tasty and rich, so you want a hefty wine to stand up to that. Some of my favorites include:

* Cabernet Sauvignon
* Cabernet Franc
