L'Ecole - French Culinary Institute Restaurant

When my brother Cassion enrolled at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York City, I was thrilled. This seemed like a perfect career path for him, and it meant I could enjoy the delicious rewards of having a fine chef in the family! Once he was nearing graduation, I called in my reservations to L'Ecole - the restaurant associated with the school. I thought it would be fun to eat a meal he'd prepared there. Even though it involved over 7 hours on the road to get to New York City and back, it was well worth it! :)
