Rose Champagne has a gorgeous pink color and can be found in both sweet and dry styles. You can choose a style to match your taste buds. For the Scotch, I have a fondness for Glenmorangie. It's what Connor McCleod drank in the Highlander :) Still I suppose you could substitute another Scotch if you wanted to.

Out of all my Scottish recipes, this is the most eclectic one. I love melon and I love Midori. I don't think you'd find many tropical melons up in Scotland, though! Think of this as a fusion of cultures, a blending of the tradition of Scotland with the relaxed fun of a more southerly clime.

Pour Glenmorangie and Midori into a flute glass, then add in Rose Champagne to fill. Delicious!
