Rose Champagne has a gorgeous pink color and can be found in both sweet and dry styles. You can choose a style to match your taste buds. For the Scotch, I have a fondness for Glenmorangie. It's what Connor McCleod drank in the Highlander :) Still I suppose you could substitute another Scotch if you wanted to.

Almond is a great nutty flavor which brings a down to earth feeling to this romance. Amaretto is an Italian liqueur made from almonds. I happen to love Disaronno Amaretto but you can of course use whatever one you have about.

Pour Glenmorangie and Amaretto into a flute glass, then add in Rose Champagne to fill. Delicious!
