The Champagne Rita is a blend of a margarita and Champagne cocktail! This drink is perfect for a tropical evening feel, no matter where you are.

1oz tequila
1oz triple sec
1oz limeade
Champagne

Put tequila, triple sec and limeade into a shaker, and shake with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Add in Champagne, and enjoy!

Note that limeade is just like lemonade, but made with limes. If you don't have limeade handy, start with an 1oz shot of water. Mix in 1/2 tsp of sugar, then add 1/4 tsp of lime juice. You'll be all set!

For another substitution, note that Triple Sec is just a cheap orange-flavored liqueur, so if you can, go with Cointreau or Grand Marnier instead.
