Champagne Hotel California Recipe
Champagne Cocktail Recipe List
This is the drink for those evenings you think will go on forever - whether it's a lazy summer in California or a hazy day whereever you happen to be.
1oz tequila
2oz pineapple juice
2oz mandarin orange juice
1/2 large flute Champagne
Mix together the tequila and juices with ice. Strain into a tall glass. Add in Champagne and enjoy!
What's interesting is that the song Hotel California does in fact talk about Champagne :) It has the line "Mirrors on the ceiling, the pink Champagne on ice". If you want, you can certainly make this recipe with pink Champagne!
