I really love this cocktail - not only is it delicious, but it has a gorgeous, rose color as well! Truly romantic and decandent.

1 shot glass Chambourd (French raspberry flavored liqueur)
1 tsp sugar
Champagne

Mix the Chambourd and sugar together - traditionally this recipe calls for "gomme syrup" (i.e. simple sugar syrup) but very few of us have that lying around the house :) Put the mix into the bottom of a flute glass and add in Champagne to fill. You can garnish with fresh raspberries if you have them!
